YCT Nay. This bill calls for the creation of the Healthy Kids Corporation. This corporation is designed to create a program to procure health benefits for qualified children. This bill is the first step toward socializing the medical industry. Currently, there are private medical foundations designed to provide basic health services. Texas does not need another layer of bureaucracy. This bill is just more feel good welfareism.
