YCT Nay. This amendment would change the wording of the state Medicaid program bill to not allow women under the age of 18 to receive birth control from the Medicaid program. YCT believes that parents should have the right to give consent for their children to purchase contraceptives. Furthermore, YCT believes that the government should not subsidize contraceptives.
