YCT Yea. Bill would allow individuals with at least a bachelor’s degree to receive teacher certification at certain grade levels after passing a teacher certification exam. YCT supports making it easier for an educated individual to receive teacher certification and begin teaching to increase the number of trained teachers in Texas.
