YCT Nay. Amendment 2 would have expressly permitted public universities to give priority to underrepresented racial and ethnic groups in allocating available seats to those who graduate in the top ten percent of their high school graduating class. YCT is a colorblind organization and believes that race and ethnicity should have no bearing on college admissions.
