YCT Yea. Amendment 32 would have added a provision to the property tax bill to require landlords to give their property tax reduction savings to their tenants in the form of rent credits or rebates. YCT believes that tenants should receive the benefits of property tax relief but believes that relief should be distributed to them through the free market system rather than by government mandate.
