YCT Nay. HB 882 sought to prohibit the sale of alcoholic malt beverages which contained caffeine. While the wisdom of consuming alcoholic energy drinks may be questionable, there appears to be no justification for prohibiting adults from purchasing them. YCT believes consumers should be trusted to make their own health decisions.
