YCT Yea. HB 892 would have created the offense of illegal transport of an illegal alien. Securing our border and ending the tide of illegal immigration into our state is one of the most important issues of the day. However, even if one were to support and encourage illegal immigration, YCT fails to understand how any official could oppose giving law enforcement the tools they need to fight human trafficking.
