YCT Yea. HCR 50 was a resolution claiming sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment and demanding that Congress eliminate unconstitutional mandates which seek to require the states to pass legislation or enforce regulations under the threat of criminal penalty or revocation of federal funding. YCT supports the Tenth Amendment and believes that Texas should take all reasonable measures to restore the sovereignty of our state.
