YCT Yea. Amendment 27 prohibits hospital districts from providing taxpayer funds for abortions. This amendment successfully caused the Travis County hospital district to stop funding abortions, undoubtedly saving lives. YCT supports the sanctity of life and opposes abortion. It is immoral to tax people and then use those funds to facilitate the murder of unborn children.
