SB 326 requires schools in taking disciplinary action against a student for certain behaviors involving antisemitism. YCT favors legislation protecting teachers’ and staff’s ability to effectively manage classroom and school environments and enforce consequences for disruptive behavior, while ensuring that childish misbehavior is not unreasonably punished.
