SB 1620 creates the Texas Forensic Analyst Apprenticeship Pilot Program, to encourage students to go into the career field of forensics. YCT opposes policies to incentivize students to get certain degrees or go into certain career-fields. (With the exception of a market-based policy incentivizing students to earn high-demand degrees in high-earning fields).
