SB 2, Amendment 9

Amendment 9 to SB 2 strikes the part of the bill saying it can get funding from General Revenue. This would limit available funding for Education Savings Accounts. YCT favors increasing parental choice in education, preferably through the implementation of universal education savings accounts in which funding follows the student to the education services of his or her parents’ choosing
