SB 706 recognizes a valid license to carry a handgun from all 50 states. YCT favors any expansion of Second Amendment rights, including the complete elimination of so called “gun-free” zones on public property and loosening the restrictions on a law-abiding citizens’ ability to purchase firearms and ammunition.
