About State Rep. Garnet Coleman
Representative Coleman is a native of Houston, Texas. He attended Howard University and then graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a BA. He and his wife, Angelique, reside in Houston's University Oaks neighborhood and have two children. Representative Coleman has served in the Texas House of Representatives since 1991.
