YCT Yea. SB 1098 would have created a “Choose Life” license plate, allowing pro-life Texans to purchase this specialty plate to spread the message of life with proceeds going towards charities that help women in crisis pregnancies choose options other than abortion. YCT believes in the value of human life and that Texans should have the option of displaying this message on their license plates
