YCT Yea.  HB 15, if it survives current judicial scrutiny, will require abortion providers to give the woman the option of viewing a sonogram image of her unborn baby before continuing with an abortion.  Women should be fully in? formed before undergoing such a grave procedure.  Furthermore, YCT believes that allowing women an opportunity to see the face, fingers, and indeed the beating heart of the child growing inside of them will lead women in crisis?pregnancy situations to make more responsible, life?affirming decisions.
