YCT Yea.  HB 1610 streamlined the process by which a teacher who is convicted of a felony can be terminated from their employment.  Past law required that convicted teachers have their license revoked and be removed from campus, but left many of them on paid leave.  The state should not be paying convicted felons not to work.
