YCT Nay on Motion to Table.  Amendment 5 incorpo? rated the language of SB 354, the Senate concealed carry on campus bill, into a state fiscal matters bill.  YCT sup? ports the expansion of concealed handgun license hold? ers’ rights.  Concealed Carry on Campus is YCT’s number one legislative priority because it directly concerns the rights of our members to protect themselves.  Current policy which disallows CHL permit holders, who are al? lowed to carry a concealed handgun in most other arenas of society, from carrying on college campuses, is nonsen? sical.
