YCT Yea. SB 321 ensures that concealed handgun permit license holders can store a firearm in the parking lot of their employer.  Without the ability to legally store a con? cealed handgun, CHL permits are rendered meaningless for those permit holders who wish to carry a firearm while traveling to and from work.  YCT supports the rights of CHL permit holders.
