YCT Yea on Motion to Table.  SB 321 ensures that concealed handgun license permit holders can store a firearm in the parking lot of their employer.  Floor amendment 1 would have allowed employers to require employees to provide notice before storing a firearm in their vehicle.  YCT support the rights of CHL permit holders.   Floor amendment 1 would have allowed for additional burdens on CHL holders which would have defeated the confidential nature of concealed carry.
