YCT Yea. SB 467 would have required the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to draft an impact analysis describing the anticipated effects of each proposed environmental rule to expand application of the statute and ensure that the requirement was observed. This would provide a needed accounting of the impact of environmental rules on Texas’ oil and gas industry.
