YCT Oppose Motion to Table. This Amendment would have established a rate in which the
Franchise Tax would have been phased out over time ensuring its eventual
repeal. YCT opposes the motion to table this amendment as we wholeheartedly
support the removal of the Franchise Tax in this state.
