YCT Yea. This bill ensures that oil and gas
operation falls under state jurisdiction and that local entities cannot develop
certain ordinances to regulate oil and gas operation. YCT believes that clarification
of the role of government agencies will prevent local entities from hindering
the state economy as a whole.
