YCT Yea. This
amendment prohibits police from stopping to inquire as to a person's possession
of a handgun license solely because the person is carrying a shoulder or belt
holster for a partially or wholly visible handgun. YCT supports ensuring an
individual's right to protect oneself especially unimpeded by law enforcement
when lawfully carrying.
