YCT Nay. This
bill would subsidize the repair of homes through a pilot program and put the
families that reside in those homes in new homes for up to two years while
their original homes are being repaired at no cost to those families. YCT is
opposed to this legislation as it would come at a cost to taxpayers statewide.
