YCT Yea. Eliminates the 2/3 rule which essentially sets up the entire legislative session to 'streamline' Conservative lead legislation to make it to the Senate floor without being blocked. Historically, this rule has acted as a Democratic veto over all legislation. YCT supports the use of this new rule to prevent Senate procedure from hindering good legislation from being deliberated.
