YCT Yea. YCT believes in power of state government rather than power of federal government. SB 1450 prevents any interstate, national, and international agreement that would infringe on Texas’ authority to regulate the insurance business. Since the federal government is showing increased interest of regulating insurance through the Affordable Care Act, this bill is to prevent the government from overstepping their boundaries.
