YCT Yea. In order to appropriate money in the most efficient way, legislators need to know where all the dollars are going. SB 764 would have required the Comptroller to create an estimate on how much illegal immigrants are costing Texas taxpayers. YCT supports this bill because it promotes sound spending and shining light on the financial burden of illegal immigrants.
