YCT Yea. HB 7 is a tax credit for those that are subject to government imposed fees for removing trees from private property. HB 7 allows property owners to receive a tax credit if they plant a tree somewhere else to replace the tree they removed from their property. This is a minor improvement to a perfect example of unnecessary fees for private property owners.
