YCT Yea. SB 8 would prohibit partial birth abortions as well as make it punishable under the law for physicians to sell fetal remains for profit. It also adds rules to how fetal remains must be disposed, allowing for the parents to bury the remains with the help of charitable organizations. YCT endorses any law that protects the sanctity and right to life.
