YCT Yea. A major priority this session, SB 2 attempted to reduce the property tax rollback rate from 8% to 4%. It also sought to require an automatic tax ratification election if the rollback rate is exceeded. It is important to note that Senator Seliger was the only Republican to vote against this bill.
