Passage; April 29, 2019; Journal Page 1302; 20 Yeas, 10 Nays.
YCT Yea. SB 2381 would have removed some of the restrictions upon where Texans can carry knives. This legislation was necessary to restore liberty to individuals whose jobs were unintentionally being affected by knives being restricted at their workplace. YCT supports legislation that removes overbearing regulations upon individual liberty and therefore supports this bill.
