Amendment 25 makes ballot harvesting an offense. As we saw in the 2018 midterm election, numerous political operatives collected absentee ballots from voters’ homes and dropped them off at polling places, which opened the door for election insecurity. YCT supports more stringent verification for mail-in ballots to ensure a safe and fair voting process.
