YCT Yea. SB 1158 would have given social media platforms that censored political speech 90 days to cease their censorship. If the companies did not cease their censorship, they would be subject to divestment from state governmental entities. YCT supports legislation that ensures the state government is not financially supporting organizations that censor political speech.
