SB 177 entitles patients to an understanding of the risks and benefits of the COVID-19 vaccine, also known as ‘informed consent.’ It also prohibits private entities from discriminating against an individual who has not received the COVID-19 vaccine.YCT opposes government healthcare mandates which force violations of the sincerely held principles or beliefs of healthcare providers, private religious institutions, entities, businesses, and individuals.
