HB 2127 prohibits cities or counties from having regulations on certain topics the state regulates, including labor, occupations, property, insurance, and more. This will result in a more consistent regulatory environment across the state and hopefully a less burdensome regulatory environment.YCT favors any legislation that prevents municipalities and counties from enacting overbearing regulations that encroach on personal liberties, employment, and property rights.
