YCT Yea. HB 3396 increases the cap on direct campaign expenditures made by individuals before requiring a report. YCT supports removing burdensome restraints on average citizens to allow them to exercise free speech. YCT believes individuals should be able to take out small advertisements in newspapers or on the radio without having to file a report.
