Dade Phelan serves as a senior partner and broker at Phelan Investments, a family owned commercial real estate development company. Phelan graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor Degree in Government. He gained extensive legislative experience serving on staffs for State Representative Mark Stiles, State Senator Tommy Williams and United States Congressman Dick Armey. Representative Phelan was a two-time Governor Rick Perry appointee to the Lower Neches Valley Authority and its 2013 president.Phelan has served on the board of directors of numerous local organizations including, Catholic Charities of Southeast Texas, Southeast CASA, Golden Triangle Coastal Conservation Association, Saint Anne Catholic Church and The Jefferson Theatre. He is married to his wife Kim and together they have three boys Ford, Mack, and Hank.
